Union Jack, the national banner of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and
Ireland. The Cross erf St. Anelrew is a a blue ground ; the Cross of St. Patrick,
which stanels for Sweet Erin, is a red cross on a white ground; and the Cross of
St. George, which stands for Merry England, is a red cross on a white ground.
